That’s why, as part of the Kajabi onboarding experience, every new Kajabi member gets a special call with a member of our Customer Success team to make sure they get started on the right foot.
These activation calls (or “Success Sessions,” as we sometimes call them) with the Success team are different than regular calls with Customer Support. They’re a chance to plan proactively about how to use Kajabi to further your business objectives with someone who knows the platform like the back of their hand.

One call can make a lasting difference

Kajabi Hero Laura Park Figueroa has a thriving occupational therapy business that specializes in providing pediatric services in a setting that is100% outdoors. Her novel, nature-based approach has garnered attention and intrigue from occupational therapists around the world. Laura had been nurturing her audience for years and decided 2020 would be the year to start offering digital products.
The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the demand for the knowledge Laura had. Many occupational therapists were scrambling to restructure their business model to work outdoors. Laura saw this need and stepped up to meet it, and she chose Kajabi as her platform to deliver her digital offerings.
Laura’s got a lot on her plate — she runs her business, is enrolled in a Ph. D program, hosts a podcast, and coaches other occupational therapists on growing their business. Laura is now more confident about using Kajabi and the business processes she’s built inside the platform. She even has a virtual assistant who handles certain Kajabi tasks for her. She strongly encourages anyone just starting on Kajabi to schedule their activation calls with a CSM.
