The Partner Support Specialist role is critical to the marketing and growth of Kajabi through supporting our Partner Program in a hands on way.

The Partner Support Specialist role is critical to the marketing and growth of Kajabi through supporting our Partner Program in a hands on way. This role will be an important part of the Partnership team and the overall company culture, reporting to the Partner Program Manager. We are actively seeking a highly organized, technical-oriented individual with extreme attention to detail to assist in the coordination of our Partner Program, which is one of Kajabi largest growth initiatives. Efforts will include engaging with our Partners in order to understand their needs and categorize feedback appropriately. The Partner Support Specialist will handle all operational duties to allow the program to grow like developing internal and external support foundations including help articles, screen flows, in app guided tours, and phone support. The Partner Support Specialist will also work on the ground level with the Partner Program Manager, creating unique campaign initiatives for Partner Program Promotions.. The Partner Support Specialist responsibilities will be divided into the following areas:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Establish ground level help documentation via Zendesk for the Partner Program as a whole, coming up with a strategic plan to make sure Partners always have the support they need.
  • Scaling phone support within the Partner Program to make sure that all Partners are aware of promotions and to introduce high level heroes to the Partner Program.
  • Assists in the coordination and implementation of promotion initiatives for Kajabi Partners.
  • Builds strong relationships and maintains communication with our Partner network..
  • Manages all rewards fulfillment for Kajabi Partner Program and facilitates new giveaways and fun contests for Partners to provide incentive for growth.
  • Helps with communications to Partners via email, social channels, and private community.
  • Work with the Partner Coordinator and the design team to conceptualize marketing campaigns into Partner Campaigns.
  • Help organize and update marketing/promotional materials for Partners on a rolling basis.

  • You have experience in either affiliate marketing or support at a tech company. We would ideally love for this candidate to have prior knowledge of what it takes to offer world class technical support.
  • Knowledge in systems like Zendesk, Contentful, Screenflow, or Hubspot.
