As a Solutions Advisor, you will work directly with the Head of Sales to engage visitors to our marketing site and optimize their experience by providing true guidance and explore all possibilities to help them achieve their goals.

Kajabi is an all-in-one platform that makes it easy to create online courses, launch marketing campaigns, build landing pages, and design the perfect website. Our solutions advisors are responsible to engage and educate prospects in their decision-making when considering Kajabi, and driving results through a consultative sales process.

Your Role Will Include The Following

As a Solutions Advisor, you will work directly with the Head of Sales to engage visitors to our marketing site and optimize their experience by providing true guidance and explore all possibilities to help them achieve their goals. The Kajabi platform and its world-class support have fostered a heart-based community that empowers others to succeed. Our marketing team’s mission is to attract the right customer to the best all-in-one online business platform in the market. Every visitor has a notion of what Kajabi brings to the market, and you will be the instrument to help them solidify their decision in choosing Kajabi. Your assignment will be to meet sales quotas and manage leads from sales chats and/or booked meetings from our chat-bot through to closing the deal. In addition, you’ll have an opportunity to help develop efficient processes and procedures to make our team successful. As the team grows, you’ll have the potential opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the team.

  • Convey Kajabi’s heart-based and product-focused brand to every single prospect Promote our world-class support, industry-leading product, and amazing global community
  • Work with clients and prospects to understand their business goals and help them find the best Kajabi option
  • Close deals with new and existing customers at or above quota level
  • Work with the Head of Sales to optimize sales strategies
  • Work closely with our partner referral division to attend company-sponsored events and provide live customer interaction
  • Maintain and update sales interactions between Drift and HubSpot
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound leads (site visitors and referrals) to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential purchasers
  • Assess and educate prospective customers on how Kajabi can help them achieve their business goals and scale
  • Propose new ways to promote our company’s mission and vision while maintaining our company’s objectives

What We’re Looking For To Be Successful In This Role

  • A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Have 3+ years sales experience (SaaS preferred) in an Account Executive position (or a similar role)
  • Be friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, with a positive "team-player" attitude
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prompt responses to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Understand the sales process and how to adapt to different buyer processes
  • Believe in customer-centric selling—helping customers make the best decision based on their individual needs
  • Be a team player with a great attitude—you’ll be part of a brand new sales function with the ability to shape and grow with our Sales team
  • Have previous experience and have been successful with inbound sales—you know how to qualify and manage the sales process for opportunities
  • Ability to do demos and great presentations via Zoom to prospective clients which results in sales standards being met consistently, every day, week and month. Your enthusiasm and friendliness will be in full display
  • Be an independent problem solver and are data-driven
  • Be tech-savvy and can learn new things quickly
  • Quick study with the ability to learn and apply new information, think on your feet and problem-solve
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales quota
  • Confidence and a great phone presence
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for your successes (and failures)
  • Be naturally entrepreneurial and aspire to grow into a leadership role
  • Experience working with CRM systems

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in e-learning or digital marketing
  • Have previously been part of a growing sales team
