PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE “8/22/23” OFFER, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS. 

INTRODUCTION

This Kajabi 8/22/23 Offer is made available by Kajabi, LLC.

THE OFFER

The Offer entitles you to a free 60-day trial (the “Introductory Trial Period”) of a Kajabi plan of your choice (pursuant to eligibility requirements below). By accepting this Offer, you agree to our Platform Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. You also agree to these Offer Terms and Conditions and other Promotional Terms.  

AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION

The membership is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. If you decide that you do not want to remain a paying user of Kajabi, you have to cancel your subscription by logging into your Kajabi account and following the prompts on your Account page, or by contacting us at billing@kajabi.com, prior to the end of your Introductory Trial Period. Otherwise, at the end of your Introductory Trial Period, you will automatically become a paying user of Kajabi at the regular applicable Plan monthly price, and the payment method you provided will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee each month, until you cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the end of your Introductory Trial Period, you may do so by following the instructions above, and your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle before terminating. There are no refunds or credits for partial monthly subscriptions. If Kajabi increases the monthly fee in the future, we will provide you notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the Kajabi product after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the 60-day free trial offer, you must: 

  • be a new Kajabi customer and not have participated in a past free trial offer;
  • not have a currently active Kajabi membership; 
  • provide Kajabi with a valid and current payment method; and
  • be over 18 years old.

AVAILABILITY

This Offer ends on August 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm PT . Kajabi reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason. Void where prohibited.
