Introducing New Products: Newsletters, Downloads, & Invoicing

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of several new products designed to empower creators to truly own their businesses wherever they are in their journey. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to scale and diversify your income, our latest product offerings make it easier than ever to earn money and grow your audience.

Before we get into these new products, we also want to look back on the core product improvements we’ve made to the Kajabi platform over the past year. Our team spends a lot of time carefully considering your feedback to make the most impactful improvements to our existing features. 

In just the last six months, here is a small sample of some of the improvements we’ve launched: 

• Email A/B Testing; 
• Added Adobe Express to our editors to help you search, edit, and create images; 
• Weekly digest emails and embedded links in Kajabi Communities; 
• Top Offers and Customers in Kajabi Payments so you can easily identify your best-selling offers and most valuable customers; 
• Added Klarna as another payment option, making it the second Buy Now Pay Later option exclusive to Kajabi Payments;
• Quantity Checkout, which makes it easy for your customers to buy multiples in a single transaction;
• Expanded Kajabi Payments to creators in Australia, Canada, and the UK;
• And we launched In-line Editing to make the process of building your pages, emails, and funnels much easier. 

Our roadmap for the rest of the year and into 2025 will continue to elevate the core experience for our Heroes, so you can spend more time doing the things that are important to you.

1. Newsletters: Engage and Earn

Our new Newsletters feature is tailored for creators looking to build their audience and boost revenue. With Newsletters, you can convert your social media followers into subscribers and contact them on your own terms—no more pesky algorithms getting in the way.

Once you’re ready to monetize, you can create exclusive content behind either paid or free subscription blocks, saving your very best content for your most loyal customers. 

With a user-friendly editor and AI-powered tools to help you get past the blank page problem, you can easily create compelling content to distribute via email, on your site, or both! This not only helps you engage your audience but also opens up a valuable new way to generate income.

2. Downloads: Quick and Simple Monetization

Downloads allow you to sell protected, downloadable files—like PDFs and .zip files—all securely. With this new product, your customers will find all of their past downloads in their member library, meaning no more getting lost in emails. The additional security means it won’t get indexed by web scrapers for other people to find. It's perfect for creators eager to monetize their work quickly, efficiently, and securely.

3. Invoicing: Streamlined Payment Management

We know you didn’t become a creator to chase down payments. That’s why we’re also introducing Invoicing with Kajabi Payments. This allows you to create, send, and manage invoices directly in Kajabi, giving you more control and flexibility without the need for third-party tools. Since launching Kajabi Payments a year ago, we’ve processed over $400 million, and creators have seen an average sales increase of 10%.
