Kajabi Payments - Waitlist Terms

These Waitlist Terms and Conditions ("Waitlist Terms") govern the registration, management, and priorities associated with the waitlist ("Waitlist") for Kajabi Payments ("KP") offered by Kajabi Financial, LLC ("Kajabi Financial").

  1. By registering for the Waitlist, you ("Hero" or "you") agree to be bound by these Waitlist Terms, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions or policies of Kajabi Financial including Kajabi Financial’s Privacy Policy and the Kajabi Payments Terms and Conditions.
  1. To join the Waitlist, you must provide the required information, including your name, email address, and any other information deemed necessary by Kajabi Financial, the usage of which will be governed by Kajabi Financial’s Privacy Policy. 
  1. Registration for the Waitlist does not guarantee the availability of KP to you or any specific access date. Kajabi Financial may prioritize Waitlist registrants, at its sole discretion, for any reason.
  1. By joining the Waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Kajabi Financial (or its affiliates) related to KP, including updates, announcements, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting Kajabi Financial (or its affiliates) directly.
  1. Kajabi Financial reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel the Waitlist, or any individual registration, at any time and for any reason. In addition, Kajabi Financial reserves the right to modify these Waitlist Terms at any time. If Kajabi Financial makes material changes to these Waitlist Terms, it will notify you by email or by posting a notice on its website. Your continued participation in the Waitlist after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Waitlist Terms.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a flexible payment service that enables your customers to purchase immediately and pay over time without interest. This service divides the total purchase amount into four equal installments, due every two weeks, offering a convenient way to spread out payments.

Do I need an Afterpay merchant account?

No, creating an Afterpay merchant account is not necessary. Afterpay integrates seamlessly as an additional payment option at checkout, with Kajabi Payments facilitating the entire process.

What offers will Afterpay work for?

Afterpay is compatible exclusively with one-time offers processed through Kajabi Payments. It also accommodates additional purchases related to the offer, including order bumps, upsells, and downsells. However, visibility of Afterpay for these additional purchases is contingent on them being one-time transactions and meeting specific criteria.

Can customers apply coupons with Afterpay?

Absolutely, customers have the flexibility to apply coupons during checkout when opting to pay with Afterpay.

Are all my customers eligible to use Afterpay?

Eligibility for Afterpay is not guaranteed for all customers, as approval is based on a variety of factors evaluated by Afterpay during their assessment process.

What happens if my customer misses a payment?

Should a customer fail to make a payment, it will not impact your relationship with them or the funds you have received. Afterpay independently handles all aspects of payment collection.
