Feature improvements: Better control over managing Kajabi

Many of you Heroes have people working on your Kajabi business with you. That’s why we’re adding some feature improvements to give you more transparency and control over how you choose to manage your business on Kajabi.

The improved features are: 

• Better tracking of actions taken by your admins 
• Enhancements to the ability to delete members.

Let’s go over what these are, how these can impact your business and how to use these improvements.

Admin Action attribution

Many of you Heroes add administrators to Kajabi to manage a variety of tasks. This is a great way to free you up to focus on things that might be more critical to your business.

But sometimes, this can lead to confusion over who did what. Maybe a discount Offer was given to members that shouldn’t have. We’re adding Admin Action attribution to address this.

Now, when you’re viewing a member’s purchase history, you can see who granted, canceled or revoked an Offer for them. If there were any mistakes made, it’s simple to get to the root cause and fix it. You can also use this to get a better understanding of how much work each individual administrator does, which helps with your resource-planning needs. 

More clarity on deleting members

We’re adding more details on what happens when you delete members from your Kajabi platform so you can make better-informed decisions on maintaining your member contacts.

When you delete members from Kajabi, they’re gone for good. That means you won’t be able to send them marketing emails, their payments stop and you lose all their records. It’s an irreversible act that some Heroes told us they regretted.

We want to make sure that when you’re deleting a contact, you really want to do it. We’re adding more details to smooth out the contact delete process. Of course, you can still delete contacts whenever you want.

A great option to use instead of deleting is to hide contacts. This will hide these contacts from your People tab but you’ll still retain their information if you need it in the future.

When will you get these feature improvements to Kajabi

The improvements to Admin Action and to the delete feature are rolling out now. You can see these in your People tab and Member Details.
