Kajabi improves Coupons to help you increase sales
Kajabi has made coupons easier to use and navigate, empowering Heroes to use them to increase sales.

Coupons can be an important part of both your sales strategy and experience running an ecommerce business. We’re introducing faster, more intuitive coupon creation on Kajabi that helps you choose your coupon type, the percent or amount off, duration, and expiration date with fewer clicks and more clarity.
Here’s what’s new with the improvements to Coupons.
Find the right coupon more easily
You can now toggle between Single Coupons and Bulk Codes easily to find the right one for what you’re trying to achieve. You’ll see all the required fields to create your coupon on the screen. And you don’t have to leave the page if you decide to change from Single Coupon to Bulk Code or vice versa.

This update will reduce the number of times you need to create test coupons and speed up your experience.
Streamlined information
See every coupon you’ve created in one easy-to-read list with only the relevant information you need to make decisions about your coupon strategy. We reduced the noise around bulk coupon management by graying out the expired coupons so you can scan the page more quickly but still be able to access records of past coupons.
The new Single Coupon Details screen displays everything you need to know about the coupon at the top and emphasizes the final, critical step that is often missed to make your coupon work - adding it to an offer.

The improvements to the Coupons experience allow you to get more information about your coupons faster and easier than before. Now, you can focus on implementing the best coupon strategy for your business.
Here are some ways that Heroes can use coupons:
More easily launch beta courses at a discounted rate
Some knowledge entrepreneurs want to soft launch a course and offer a discounted rate to their early adopters before launching a finalized course. Using a coupon can streamline this process.
With a coupon, you can provide your knowledge product at a discounted price to early adopters. They’ll understand the real value of the course but feel that they are getting something in exchange for their time and feedback. Then, you can use the feedback from that cohort of people who took the course and incorporate it into the final product.
Track marketing channel performance
Many brands use coupon codes to track sales from different channels. Channels like influencer, print, radio, or TV advertising are often not trackable because customers can’t always click on a tracked link. So, by offering a specific discount code, you can use that to attribute sales to certain campaigns and evaluate the performance of marketing methods.
For example, you can create specific tags for each channel. If you promote your business at a trade show, you create a code with the name and year of the event. Keep a record of all of the unique codes and where you distributed them to make your analysis easier later on.
