What do you do at Kajabi?
I work with directly our Kajabi Access customers in helping them strategize how Kajabi can help them achieve their desired outcomes as well as work on projects with my team to deliver more value to our customers
What was your first job title at Kajabi?
Member Success Specialist. I used to have conversations with our Kajabi Heroes as they begin the onboarding process while educating myself on the ever-evolving parts of our software.
Tell us a little bit about your background and how you started working for Kajabi.
I received my Bachelor’s in Marketing from Vanguard University right down the road in Costa Mesa, CA.
Over the years, I’ve had wonderful experiences working in Account Management and Non-Profit work which really birthed a passion for seeing my clients and team experience success.
My friend John (also with Member Success) first introduced me to Kajabi and thought I would be a good fit for the team. I’m so glad I hopped on board!
What is a typical workday like at Kajabi?
I always start with Coffee! I thankfully have the opportunity to work from home here in Denver, CO. Most of the day is spent meeting directly with Kajabi Access customers on Zoom, but help onboard our new CSMs onto the team as they train and other various team projects.
What’s your favorite part of working for Kajabi?
I love getting to play a small part amongst this team in making a life-changing difference in the lives of our customers.
What’s your spirit animal?
Probably some sort of bird, I love getting to see things from different vantage points!
What’s something about your job people wouldn't expect?
Because I get to work with our Access customers, I have the pleasure of often having multiple calls with the same customers which leads to us developing real relationships with them! I've even gotten to meet some of our customers in-person over the years.
What’s the most rewarding part of working for Kajabi?
I love getting to see others experience the joy of discovery and fulfillment. Kajabi enables us to be ourselves while providing a space to learn and grow.
If you were a knowledge entrepreneur, what type of knowledge product would you create and on what topic?
I've always had a passion for menswear and expressing yourself through style. I'd create a course on how to build a solid foundation for your closet and how to do it with 50 items or less- curating a solid collection of high-quality, timeless, and ethically-made pieces that you love wearing every day.

Probably that “zap/electricity” emoji! ⚡
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
Right now I'm in the middle of building out onboarding processes for the new CSMs that join our team, which has been challenging but so fulfilling at the same time.
What personal item represents you best?
Drum sticks. I've been a drummer for over 10 years and it's always been one of my favorite hobbies/side-jobs.
I've been able to tour, do studio work, and non-profit work through music throughout my life.
It brings me a ton of joy!
