Over the past few months, we’ve been working to improve your coaching experience on Kajabi.

Today, we’re excited to announce new updates to Coaching on Kajabi, designed to help you run a seamless, successful coaching business. Now, the tools you use to power your coaching business have been consolidated into a single platform - Kajabi.

Let’s dive into these new features and how they will improve your and your client's coaching experience.

What’s new with Coaching on Kajabi?

Coaches and coaches to-be, it’s time to ditch Zoom and Google Meet. You can now host live online coaching sessions on the Kajabi platform with Live Video.

But, the improvements don’t stop there. We’ve also improved Coaching with features, such as:

Recorded Sessions — Easily record your online coaching sessions. Once you finish the recording, the session will be automatically emailed to you.

Built-In Scheduler — Input a date picker right into your web page or coaching program with this native calendar.

Enhanced Client Experience — Clients can upload video and private notes, plus collaborate with you on your coaching notes and agenda.

Thanks to Live Video and the Built-In Scheduler, you’ll no longer have to go through the hassle of setting up (and paying for) an external video provider, like Zoom, or a third-party scheduler, like Calendly. It’s about time you start saving time and money. Was that a sigh of relief we heard?

With Live Video, you’ll be able to record your coaching sessions. The recordings can be repurposed as course material, or used in blog and social media posts to grow your audience. This is just another way Coaching on Kajabi simplifies your business and life.

When it comes to your clients, we wanted to ensure they were able to easily communicate with you and vice versa. Administrative tasks required of coaching, like sharing videos and uploading files and private notes, can all be done in one place now. Overview of the new Kajabi Coaching Product

Here’s a quick overview of how Coaching has changed on Kajabi!

Thanks to Coaching on Kajabi’s simple interface, you can easily establish your Coaching Product as a Live Video coaching program. For new Heroes, you’ll set it up as a manually scheduled program, while Heroes with existing Coaching Products will simply edit it to be a manually scheduled program.

But, how do you host live coaching sessions on Kajabi? Easy! You are always just a few clicks away from meeting face-to-face with your client. Check out the video below to see the process in action.

Record your live coaching sessions with a simple click of a button. When the session ends, the recording will be automatically emailed to you. Easily download the recording onto your computer, and upload it to your Coaching session page for your clients to reference later.

Can I still use my Zoom or Google Meet integration?

Yes, video integrations are still available!

Does Kajabi Live Video cost extra money?

No, it is a part of your existing Kajabi subscription.

Do I need to download anything?

No, Kajabi Live Video is in your browser, so you won’t need to download an app.

Can I use Kajabi Live Video with the Calendly integration?

Kajabi’s Live Video and Built-In Scheduler are currently only available with manual scheduling.

Does the Kajabi Built-In Scheduler integrate with Outlook and Gcal?

Our team is working on integrations with both Google and Outlook. Once they are approved, you will be able to sync your personal calendar with Built-In Scheduler.

Can I do group coaching?

At this time, Kajabi’s Live Video is only available for manually scheduled, 1-on-1 video coaching sessions. Group coaching is on our roadmap with no confirmed launch date.
