Describe your community and why they gather.
My community is called Conscious Collective, and it's for spiritual people who are ready to embrace their potential and power. Our members recognize that we're all connected, and we're all in this together, and we bring that awareness into spirituality. We have training and challenges in meditation, mindfulness, and personal transformation with an emphasis on making spirituality easy, accessible, and fun. Everyone loves the new challenge system, the Live Room, and the Leaderboard functionality.
How is your community structured?
We have two main circles inside Conscious Collective for now. We'll expand as we grow. Most of the action happens in "The Forum". This is for general conversation on all topics, challenge discussions and shares, and invites to live events. We also have a "Spirit Market" circle for people to feature, buy, sell, and trade their metaphysical art and accouterments. Regular challenges, group meditations, classes, and other events are all hosted inside The Forum / Live Room (which is SO much better than Zoom btw!). We're adding virtual co-working, art nights, and oracle nights this month.
I also use the new platform for my advanced membership and my VIP mentorship group.
A recent community win
People are really embracing the platform. Our members are requesting things like art night, oracle night, and a few other things, and want to be involved and even host.

The Leaderboard is awesome! We do a monthly giveaway to the winner. Last month was a box of Onyx Coffee, one of the premier coffee roasters in the US. It's not a huge giveaway, but it adds a little fun to the competition and has been great for engagement.

Describe your community and why they gather.
Stylist Soul Tribe is a mastermind community within the beauty industry. We are made up of 20 tribes of stylists, salon owners, educators, and brilliant entrepreneurs with big ideas. We meet every month to hold ourselves accountable, discuss goals, build each other up, and support each other through lows. It really is a community like no other with many deep friendships that have been formed.

Using the newest portal within Kajabi allows our mastermind community to scale on a whole new level. It allows us to hype each other up in challenges, share wins, and build even more connections. Being able to have live calls and teachings is another great tool we use to keep engagement up.
A recent community win
A big win for Stylist Soul Tribe this year is we hit 100 members within our mastermind community and are so excited to launch the collective in January to grow even more! We have a vision casting workshop happening soon where we touch on mindset and vision work along with the full cycle of success.

A tip that I could leave you with is to allow space for your community creatively. So many of the big ideas and improvements in the mastermind have been inspired from within. Many of the connections have come so organically by allowing the space for that to happen. Kajabi has given me the tools to have a structure in place that runs seamlessly so that I can show up as authentically as possible for my members.

Describe your community and why they gather.
The Kathy Keats Community is an amazing group of dog sport enthusiasts who understand that reaching your potential in dog sport (or anything else) isn't just about skill development, it's about growth. You can't kid a dog. Dogs are incredible mirrors that humble us, challenge us, expose our flaws and inspire us to be better ... for them, for ourselves, and for those around us.
How is your community structured?
I'm still in the experimental phase of building the best format for my community. Right now, I'm using (or will be using) it three ways: one is as a supplement to online courses, two is as a supportive accountability community membership in its own right, and a third way is as a free area to engage my podcast audience and bring them into my ecosystem. I use a combination of live meetups with the Live Room feature and Challenges to keep people engaged and focused in courses. I also make weekly posts for my community members and will be implementing conversations in the free area so I know what topics and guests would interest people in my podcasts.
Top tip for other Kajabi Heroes
If you are using community in conjunction with online courses, consider onboarding the community area FIRST before the official course start date and get your audience engaging there with an opening week live event, challenge, or leader board scavenger hunt—because the community is where the bigger learning curve will be, then open your course area. This will help prevent overwhelm and it's easier to link back to specific lessons in the course.

A recent community win
The most recent course was a huge hit, largely because many of my clients aren't techie but were easily able to engage in the live Q&As because of the intuitive user interface. I've had more face-to-face live engagement in the community than I ever managed with other conferencing tools because the tech didn't get in the way.
The Level Up Club

Describe your community and why they gather.
My community, The Level Up Club, is for entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers to gather and connect with like-valued people who want to grow, level up, and make a positive impact in the world.
How is your community structured?
I currently have 2 access groups: "The Community" which is free for anyone to join, and "The Golden Circle Mastermind" which is my paid mastermind group. I have five circles; one community is one for general posts, Bookish is for talk about books, and Podcasting for—you guessed it—podcasters. And, NLP and Hypnosis for people who want to talk about that, and one only for my masterminds. The challenges have been super fun and my community loves getting involved. So far the challenges have been for getting to know each other, along with health and mindfulness related. Meetups are a great way to bring new people into the community when you share them on social media.
Top tip for other Kajabi Heroes
Have fun with it! Create challenges and participate often yourself.
A recent community win
My community is starting to invite others to join because they're enjoying it so much.
