But now they're all connected inside the new Help Center, making it a one-stop-shop for any Kajabi resource.
Let's say you're reading a help article about email marketing. With this refresh, you'll see an easy-to-find recommendation for other related material (such as a Kajabi University training video, etc.) on the same topic so that you can take a deeper dive if you so desire.
You'll also see popular questions and trending topics called out, so you'll know immediately if other users have already identified an answer to your question.
Quickly find the right help for where you're at
With the newly remapped categories inside the Help Center, you're able to jump straight to the most relevant content for the stage you're at in your business.
Whether you're creating a new product, getting ready for a launch, or ready to scale your business to new heights — you can select the section that best fits your current goal:
Once you log in to the new experience with your Kajabi account, you can also submit questions directly or live chat with a support agent. You are also able to check in on your existing and historical inquiries, all through one central hub.

Our community help feature allows you to crowdsource the experiences of seasoned Kajabi veterans, see previous user questions, and even upvote the questions that are most important to you.
So in addition to a place for quick answers to common questions, this refresh makes the Help Center a place you can find advice from seasoned users about strategy and best practices (especially those who might have experience in your specific niche).
